A 12-week programme designed to support people living with severe mental illness who are prescribed antipsychotic medication to improve their physical health, wellbeing and long-term health outcomes.
Some antipsychotic medications can affect weight, blood sugar, cholesterol and heart health. Living Well provides practical support to help you improve your physical health, wellbeing and confidence in managing your long-term health. Who can join?
People living with severe mental illness, including:
Schizophrenia
Schizoaffective Disorder
Bipolar Affective Disorder
Other psychotic disorders
Who are prescribed:
Clozapine
Olanzapine
Zuclopenthixol
Other antipsychotic medication (subject to eligibility criteria)
