How we help

Where recovery and community come together.

The Recovery Hub brings lived experience, professional knowledge, and community support into one space, so everyone learns side by side. Our approach is recovery-focused, inclusive, and based on hope, choice, and connection.

We offer a safe place to build confidence, learn new skills, and take steady steps forward — without judgement and without pressure.

Learning together through shared experience.

At the Recovery Hub, our courses and activities are co-created by people with lived experience, alongside professionals and volunteers. This shared learning helps reduce stigma, build understanding, and create strong community links.

Our values and principles

Group talking v2

Working together

Our courses are created and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges alongside professionals and volunteers.

Being inclusive

We want the Recovery Hub to be open to anyone; by learning together, we break down barriers and challenge stereotypes.

Community connection

We work closely with local organisations across Jersey to make sure recovery is supported in both health settings and everyday community life.

Supporting progress

We encourage people to take steps forward, in completing courses, achieving personal goals, or exploring new opportunities.
