Overview

Together, members can explore and make meaning of their voices, share stories, and support one another in living without fear or isolation. The group welcomes everyone who wishes to attend. Hearing Voices Groups have been shown to help reduce fear and distress, improve self‑esteem, challenge stigma, and foster a greater sense of understanding, empowerment, and connection. By coming together, participants may feel more in control of their experiences and less alone.

This group is open to everyone.
