Tai Chi

This course introduces participants to the practice of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical and mental well-being. Through slow, flowing movements, participants will improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation while reducing stress.

The course emphasises mindfulness, breathing techniques, and the benefits of Tai Chi for overall health, helping individuals enhance both their physical and emotional resilience .

This group is open to anyone currently accessing adult mental health services in Jersey, or anyone on the waiting list to access these services. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us.

Please note: This location is fully accessible featuring ramps, accessible toilet and lift.
