Benefits of the session:
This structured 8‑week course introduces simple, practical mindfulness skills to help you feel more grounded, calm, and in control of your everyday life. Each session explores a different theme, including awareness of the body, understanding emotions, responding to difficult experiences, compassion, resilience, and managing anxiety.
Mindfulness means paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment without judgement. Over the eight weeks, you will learn how to become more aware of your
thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, and how to respond to them with greater choice and self kindness. Many people find practising mindfulness helps them manage their day-to-day wellbeing, through empowering them to make choices that are better for their physical and mental health.
Course materials: All materials & content will be provided.
