Workshops
This course is designed to help individuals gradually build up their fitness and confidence to complete a 5K run. Participants will follow a structured plan that combines walking and running, with support and guidance throughout the program.

This group is open to anyone currently accessing adult mental health services in Jersey, or anyone on the waiting list to access these services. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us.
